OK, I have about had enough of this... I have followed every single instruction and have done it over and over...
I have created a Dummy Profile (POP3) Email account, and I have uninstalled the Application and I have done this over and over and I ma still getting the same error that there in No default Email Account.
Yes I have verified over and over that the Dummy account is a POP account, and that OUTLOOK is the DEFAULT EMAIL PROGRAM. I have spent way too much time on getting this to work. If I can not get this to work, I will be asking for a Refund. I have a Techician License meaning I spent $500+ for this software, and there should be no reason that this application should be this difficult to get a .PST file created from a .edb.
I hope that this posting is answered soon, as no one answers the Support Line.
